and it’s so tasty and healthy I’m sure everyone could benefit from trying it. Oat bran helps lower cholesterol and wheat bran helps increase fibber intake.
My favourite dukan bread recipe.
2 cups oat bran
1 cup wheat bran
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
300g less than 2 % fat cottage cheese
Fresh herbs and season to taste
120 ml warm water… More or less until it binds the dough
Pre heat over 220C. Mix all ingredients together and bake for 40 min or until golden.
