Portuguese Salted cod baked pastry (Pastel de bacalhau)

WHAT YOU NEED: Lazy pastry 

150ml lukewarm water 
75ml vegetable oil 
2 tablespoon sugar 
Half tablespoon salt 
1 tablespoon of dried yeast 
500g flour 
WHAT YOU NEED: Filling 

 Whatever you have it ready at home. I had salted cod ready, otherwise it needs soaking overnight, scraping off the scales and removing bones.
300 g salted cod unsalted and cooked
 Half onion diced 
1 clove garlic
Olive oil 
Pitted and chopped olives 
WHAT TO DO: Pastry 

Mix oil, sugar, salt, yeast, warm water. Then add flour slowly with your fingers. Don’t overwork 
WHAT TO DO: Filling 
 In a frying pan heat the oil and fry the garlic , onions and the salted cod until it turns golden brown and add the olives. Reserve. Open the pastry, I used round cutters to cut 2 round shapes added the filling and closed. 
Pre heat oven 180C. Bake for 20 min or til golden.
