WHAT YOU NEED
2 eggs whites
1 tsp liquid sweetener (or accordance to your taste) I think agave much better than aspartame but it’s a tolerated item.
1 tbsp coconut milk powder unsweetened
2 tbsp oat bran
1tbsp chia seeds
If you have Dukan coconut flavouring, use 2 to 3 drops otherwise vanilla essence it’s always a good alternative or 1tsp of cocoa powder.
WHAT TO DO
Pre heated oven 180 C & bake for 8- 10mins or till ready
Whisk the egg whites till peaks
Mix all the ingredients, then fold slowly the egg whites.
Low carb dukan cookies. Deliciously heathy!
